Custom products, including logo socks and stirrups, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Custom socks can be returned or exchanged IF a production error is confirmed by a sales representative. Claims for defects or damages must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of receiving the merchandise. Products will be replaced upon receipt of the returned items, provided that our customer service team confirms the defect was not due to misuse or mishandling. If a replacement is not possible, a credit will be issued to your account. Returned merchandise should not be used in any way.

 In-Stock Socks Non-defective in-stock socks can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. For returns, please contact Customer Service for Return Authorization information.
Online purchases may be returned via a major parcel carrier.

All turnaround times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are based on production/business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that various factors beyond our control can affect the production process. The stated turnaround times are based on historical data from previous jobs.

*Custom logo socks take 1-4 days prior to production for you to receive and approve the professional graphic artwork.

*Once a custom sock order is placed, our manufacturers offer a 1-2 week production time.

*Shipping times vary depending on your location. Refunds will not be issued for delays in the estimated turnaround time. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please inform customer service when placing your order so that we can attempt to expedite it if possible.

The minimum number of pairs of socks depends on the sock you’re ordering. Please look on each product’s information page for the correct number. For all custom socks, unless specified, you must order 12 pairs per size. However, you DO NOT have to order in multiples of 12. (example, 12 Small & 14 Medium is a correct order - 12 Small, 3 Medium, and 4 Large is NOT a correct order) Due to the nature of manufacturing custom socks, you may occasionally get 1 or 2 more pair of socks than you ordered; however, you will never be charged for more than the amount you purchased..

Local and State sales tax will be collected if your recipient's mailing address is in Florida.
