What is the SocksRock Return Policy?

Custom Socks
Custom products, including logo socks and stirrups, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Custom socks can be returned or exchanged IF a production error is confirmed with photos by a sales representative. Claims for defects or damages must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of receiving the merchandise. Products will be replaced upon receipt of the returned items, provided that our customer service team confirms the defect was not due to misuse or mishandling. If a replacement is not possible, a credit will be issued to your account. Returned merchandise should not be used in any way.

In-Stock Socks
Non-defective in-stock socks can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. For returns, please contact Customer Service for Return Authorization information.

Can I Cancel My Order?

IN-STOCK items may be canceled within 1 hour from placing the order without incurring any cancellation charges. A custom order may be canceled before it is in production, but we charge 20% of the order amount or $25. If any production or processing at the manufacturer’s location has taken place, then a cancellation, change or refund is not possible.

Can I Exchange My Socks?

Only IN-STOCK products are eligible for exchange if the request is made and authorized by customer service within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Exchangeable items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unwashed, unworn, and free from dust, dirt, hair, and odor. SocksRock.com reserves the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Exchange authorizations are valid for (7) days from the original order's shipping date. Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned.

How Are My Socks Shipped to Me?

Orders will ship via UPS or FedEx. Once your order has been received by UPS or FedEx, SocksRock is no longer responsible for risk of loss. Delivery times are estimates only; while we make every effort to ship products in the time estimated, and stated within the product description, SocksRock cannot be responsible for delays. Shipping is priced per order: if you are going to be ordering more than one style/color/size item, please do it all in one shopping cart, to avoid being charged more than once for shipping. We offer either $25 Standard Ground Shipping or $50 2nd Day Air Shipping (inc. Hawaii & Alaska UPS Standard)

What is the Custom Sock Turnaround Time?

All turnaround times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are based on production/business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that various factors beyond our control can affect the production process. The stated turnaround times are based on historical data from previous jobs.

 *Custom logo socks take 1-4 days prior to production for you to receive and approve the professional graphic artwork.  
 *Once a custom sock order is placed, our manufacturers offer a 1-2 week production time.  
 *Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Refunds will not be issued for delays in the estimated turnaround time. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please inform customer service when placing your order so that we can attempt to expedite it if possible.

Does SocksRock Collect Sales Tax?

Local and State sales tax will be collected if your recipient’s mailing address is in Florida.

What is a Printed / Sublimated Sock?

Sublimated socks - called “Printed Socks” on our website - are custom-designed socks where the colors and designs are infused directly into the fabric using a heat transfer process. This results in vibrant, durable colors that do not fade or crack over time. Sublimated socks allow for intricate and detailed designs. They can take 6-8 weeks to design and produce once the order is placed.
