What’s the difference between cap and hat? September 13 2019 0 Comments

Essentially a cap is a type of hat. Though the hat is typically defined as having a shaped crown, while a cap does not, so maybe the cap is a hat with an unshaped crown? But the hat usually has an all around brim, and the cap is brimless or has a visor at best. So close fitting, knitted hats with no brim, like the beanie are caps. But the boonie or fisherman’s canvas hats are -- hats (unless it’s the Greek Fisherman’s cap, then it’s a cap).

Whew.

At the end of the day, caps are hats, which is good because we’re going to talk about custom baseball hats. Hatsrock offers custom baseball hats through the Build Your Own system, covering just about any color combination system as well as the facility to embroider your own logo onto the cap. Team logo, company logo, school or just a group of friends logo, upload it and with your approval of a provided digital proof, your order will be made.

Don’t forget, you can select flat brim, trucker style, velcro adjustable tab or universal fit. Wool or moisture wicking anti-microbial fabrics are available. And custom baseball hats aren’t the only hats available.

Hatsrock Is Not Just For Caps

Customize your own hat whether it’s a beanie or boonie, ski cap, fisherman's cap (Greek or bucket hat), safari or gambler’s straw hat, visor, as well as truckers or baseball cap. Personalized hats are what Hatsrock does. Not only can you get your personalized logo up front, but text can be embroidered on the back and sides, with even an option to individualize that. Your team hat with your name on it, cannot get more personalized than that.
